Food was superb and flavoursome. Service was quick, mannerly, and attentive. Overall ambience was helpful and eager to please. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Good breakfast and spacious seating area. Probably good views if the weather had been better!
Disappointing room for the money. A Velux window overlooking the carport, normal size bed and not a large room. Bar/restaurant struggling to cope with evening meals (staff very helpful though).

Staff were very professional and friendly and the hotel was clean, rooms comfortable with many features usually lacking in a 3 star hotel.Woud definitely recommend to friends and would be likely to return if going walking in the Nevis region again...

pleasant stay with excellent views
The staff were friendly . The view of the Caledonian Canal was fine and made for a relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel could benefit from updating some of the room furnishings.

Good location and a convenient place for our trip, the Bar food was very good and reasonable price, and when I had trouble with the Wifi set up the staff were very helpful at getting me up and running
